Deputy Etherton then made contact with Deborah Shannon, who had a noticeable bump on her forehead and claimed she was assaulted. The deputy watched the video, which showed Deborah stating, “give me my phone,” then swinging at Jessica, appearing to hit her before the video stopped.

After watching the video, the deputy asked Jessica how Deborah got the injury on her head. She stated Deborah fell after she struck her and hit her head on a flower pot. Deborah was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Deborah Shannon was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
